#Account Balance For Payment.

Hi! I have £14 in my xbox balance. But every time i try and buy something for around £11 using the balance, it tries and uses my bank account instead.
P.S: The payment method selected is account balance and I am not spending over the amount I have.

Have you tried restarting the console and try again?

Yeah! I even canclled my subscriptions incase it needed my balance as a back up payment.

I suggest trying to use the microsoft website to buy the game/DLC that might be easier
