#can't buy gamepass

I just came back from a month trip and when I tried playing online I couldn't do I assumed I had to buy gamepass but once I tried it said I already own it. I can play online with free games but any games I bought I'm not able to play online. it's been an issue the whole day

What kind of subscription do you have? Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate?
Game Pass Core has no multiplayer features!
