hey idk if 90% of this discord community are xbox users BUT everytime i wanna record in game bar, it records for at last 5-15 seconds then stops, and everytime that i alt+tab then it just stops recording, and i dont understand how to fix it, i looked for all tutorials and solutions and none of them solved this annoying problem.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
Please list everything you have attempted.
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
