When i try to login to xbox using my microsoft account, it keeps asking which account i want to log out of even though i dont have another account and then it automatically goes to another page saying "You signed out of your account It's a good idea to close all browser windows. " and then redirects me back to the homepage. I even tried signing in on a different browser and device but still have the same issue

Try to contact the Xbox support. Type in your search machine: Xbox support and choose the one on the Top.

i went to xbox support and i typed my problem and the response i got was " Did you mean? How do i recover my account?
the thing is when im at xbox support it automatically logged me in
but when i try to go to xbox settings it logs me out
i just retried to login and now it said
We're unable to complete your request
server_error: The contextID supplied in the request did not have a matching cookie
or
Hmm... we're having trouble signing you out.
You may still be signed in to some applications. Close your browser to finish signing out.
Or, head back to www.xbox.com.
