I bought an xbox game pass ultimate gift card, and the code was damaged. This problem was fixed due to me contacting xbox support for over 20 minutes, im not complaining, they gave me great customer service. My code has been renewed.

But, you see, that isn't the end of the story. When my code was finally renewed, i tried to find the website to redeem it. And for some reason, it does not work the website just gives me the same message about how i should "Wait later" or that they are "Having technical difficulties". i have waited for 5 hours and the website STILL doesn't work. Is this just an issue for me or does it do that for anyone else?

P.S.
