a Serious Problem With Xbox Navigation

Yesterday i wanted to buy the grand theft auto 5 online with my sister's card and there is a card screen where i need to navigate but i couldn't navigate here on the card screen ,when theres a card screen showing that accept or no or smth like that , in the backround navigates only , i do really need help with that

the problem is the xbox navigation doesn't wanna go to the debit card screen while my sisters phone already allowed it but i need to accept too on the xbox debit card screen , if i do press what i need on debit card screen ,then i already went to play gta... when the debit card screen is there then i can't navigate there ,soo...i dont really know what is the exactly the problem

You don't happen to have a mouse/keyboard plugged in to your console do you? Every once in awhile those seem to cause weird problems - so if you do, disconnect them, restart your xbox and try again.

Otherwise, a quick way around the problem would be to use the web browser store on a computer. If she has an xbox account she can gift you the game, or if she doesn't have one / doesn't want to set one up you can log in to the store as yourself and she can use her credit card durign checkout
