So I recently got a gift card and was looking to redeem it, I opened the Microsoft Store app and everything except the side bar was grey. I also tried to search but it was grey again, while typing out the gift card code it came up with "Something went wrong", I tried to reload the page but the same thing happened.
I have also Restarted my console twice and have powered it on and off again but nothing.
I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do.

I think the issue is fixed guys. I think my router was bugging because the air was being blocked, which would explain the slow speeds of discord on my phone, if its not that then it might have just glitches for no reason, not sure, but thanks for the tips
