#xbox login not working

I can't login to my xbox account as soon as I do it just shows me a grey screen and doesn't log me in. And I literally can't do anything on xbox.

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Basically my xbox keyboard stopped working complete yesterday and today it works but some of the keys don't work this happend out of nowhere n my other keyboards work but not my main?
