#I can't join my discord server in Xbox

When I'm clicking to the discord icon in my Xbox. It will error. It says. You look like disconnected. And sometimes it says. Communication is blocked. But it's all turned on. Pls help me fix this m it's dream come true for me . Thx for reading deekwut

can you try common troubleshooting like unlinking the account and linking it again?. make sure your browser has the history cleared and there is no autofilled accounts so whenever you log in to link both accounts doesn’t link to another one with a issue like being deleted, banned, or different settings that don’t let the function work properly

also make sure your xbox app is logged in with your account, and check all the privacy settings that for the xbox account and discord one, both should have access to each other, and no communication restriction. check for any suspensions you might have too on enforcement page for xbox since sometimes being suspended doesn’t let you use discord, ingame chats / vc, etc
