Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone lag issues on gamepass

I changed to xbox when mwiii got added to gamepass and since then i got lag issues both mwiii and warzone, my connection is stable and i was on battlenet before there were no issues on there so i am just wondering is this an issue with xbox servers cause before season 5 came in there were people on xbox complaining about server. Just wanted to know if this is a public issue thanks in advance
