my game pass isnt working its says my subscription expires 7/18/24 and it says my last charge was 7/19/24 but i was playing games on gamepass some days after that this problem arose yesterday i tried playing a game from gamepass and it said i need to renew my subscription but i check and it said it expires the 18th and my last charge was the 19th can you please help me resolve this issue i really want to play games but sadly cannot

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

The subscription outage issue from yesterday came back after having been fixed once, and was upgraded from 'limited' to 'major'

@dire basin I'm having the exact same problem. It's a problem on microsoft's end of course 🙄 guess I'm stuck playing fortnite for now..... Better be fixed soon.
i can’t even play games i alr own that aren’t on the cloud like COD WW2 or GTA V anyone know why? this has been an issue for me since before the outage
