#Xbox GamePass doesn't work even if is active

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
As I told you already in General, you need to contact Support if it's still not working after restarting your console/PC.
I tried everything I also called then Xbox customer services.
What is 'everything' exactly?
I restarted.I log out and log in again. And called the customer services. And searched the problem in https://account.microsoft.com/services?fref=home.drawers.subscriptions.view-all-subscriptions. I checked the subscriptions. Like I said it's active.

Well, I don't know what else to suggest aside from trying a restart as mentioned already.
Xbox said the issue was resolved, so if it's not you're better off contact Support as I've said a few times already.

If you're going to start being rude about it, you'll lose any chance of getting further help from anyone.
