#Xbox GamePass doesn't work even if is active

Hello,

I renewed my Game Pass subscription on the 19th of this month. However, despite the renewal, I am unable to access the Xbox Game Pass games. I was able to play today, but now, for some reason, I cannot. The system is requesting the owner to log in or renew the subscription. How can I resolve this issue?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

As I told you already in General, you need to contact Support if it's still not working after restarting your console/PC.

Well, I don't know what else to suggest aside from trying a restart as mentioned already.

Xbox said the issue was resolved, so if it's not you're better off contact Support as I've said a few times already.
