#headset problem

hey can anyone help me. for some reason i can only hear game chat and cant hear my actual game. i think i found the problem. the headset chat mixer is all the way to the game chat and it is blocked so i cant slide them back to the middle.

if the chat mixer is greyed out and cant be changed a few things could be the reason

  1. The Headset is not a Stereo Headset
  2. The Headset as its own controls for chat mixer Example Xbox wireless Headset - use the controls on the headset
  3. The console is not seeing the headset as a stereo supported - restart your console and resync the headset and controller and check for updates for the console controller and headset.
