In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

  1. What is your issue?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

He says error code (0x1)

(0xc0000005)

if you google that error code it explains what its means looks like it can be linked too memory issues or Anti Virus blocking

I mean, if you stop an anti-virus program, will the problem be solved?

plain sandal
#

its not really a good idea to do that permanently but you could too test it.
If it was that then you need too add a exception

#

I not saying thats the issue I saying thats one of the issues that comes up when you google the error code. You need too do that
