Getting this weird error trying to launch MW3

I have previously had problems running COD Warzone through Steam and Battle.net (neither would launch at all). It worked for the first time, crashed on start up, and now it won't get past this weird 0x0 error after the Xbox loading screen. It loads for 20 - 30 seconds, says something like "This may take a while depending on your PC" and then it says the game has crashes error code 0x0. I've tried rebooting and verifiying game files
