Ever since the new rewards system has been out it has only had one option so ive resorted to the website and it only shows one on xbox app too

My brother has a series x we live in the same house and he has all the options, I have a xbox at both my mom and dad's and on both it has one option, so it's most likely my account not the console

Ik. The only option is a charity and there should be options like xbox gift cards and other kinds I've seen it on my brother's console where he has all the options
