#Need help with my refund request

Can someone help me with the refund? Accidentally bought a Minecraft Collection for Xbox when I js wanted to play Mc on pc. It says my refund request was denied. However I am unsure if i can get it fixed because I never used the pack itself. (After all I am unable to use it)

The email that said it was denied should have some information in it on how to appeal the denial
