cloud gaming shows black screen then turns off

i have xbox ultimate and when i use the cloud gaming it just shows me a black screen and then disappears, any reason? i have a controller plugged in and my pc/wifi meet the requirements, the game im trying to play is flight simulator but i tried other games the cloud gaming just doesnt work, i have tried reinstalling the app and everything. help would be much appreciated
