Xbox keeps changing resolution to 640x480

Hello coming in here for help as I have explored all other avenues. My Xbox x keeps changing resolution to 640x480 and locks it in. The only way I can get it back is by going into the fidelity settings and changing that. I have tried multiple 2.1 cables and hdmi slots and have factory reset both devices. The tv is an LG
