Question in name.

I’m thinking about buying Elden Ring, which is on sale right now, but I don’t want to buy it unless I know for sure I can play it on PC. I plan to sell my xbox sometime soon to upgrade my PC and want to be able to play all the games on PC that I bought on Xbox.
