i bought a giftcard to buy gta 4 on my xbox 360 but it says this isnt available for your region, what should i do?

Setting your account region to a location where you don't live violates the Terms of Service.

Set your account region to what it should be. If the game shows as available, then you're good to buy it. If it doesn't, then you can't buy it and attempts to bypass the region restriction can lead to an account ban.
