#Cant change region

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Your region must match where you actually live, where your credit card billing address is, etc.
If you change your country or region for Microsoft Store, stuff you got in one region might not work in another.

If you're unable to get the change to where you actually live to work, you might need to contact official support for help with your account
im in canada but whenever i go to type in my location for the payment it only gives american options
i go setting time and language but it says canada there too
on that first instruction page click the 'microsoft account' tab which has differnet instructions than the 'windows 11'(10, etc) tabs
