when i try to sign in into my account on xbox it takes a few minutes then an empty black screen with controller symbol appears then i can get to my account , how to fix it?

My device is xbox series s
I'm on the newest system update
i tried resting it and kept games and apps but it didn't work

Are you sure? That doesn’t match the picture you shared earlier, which was reversed as if you were using Hebrew or Arabic
