I purchased 2400 Call of Duty points from a site but found out that I can't use them on my PC because they require an Xbox and I don't have one.
Anyone can help?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

I guess your best bet then is waiting for one of the CoD games to hit the Xbox PC store.
Black Ops 6 will be on Game Pass and it's pre-load is already available on the PC Xbox Store. They might also add the other games there.
Aside from that there's no other way other than signing into an Xbox console and booting a CoD game up there.
Also keep in mind that CoD Points do not transfer. Your content that you purchased from them will but the CoD coins themselves will remain on the system you bought them on.

No, if it's a Microsoft Store code it can only be redeemed by an Xbox or Windows machine.

And if you have no way of redeeming it try requesting a refund.

Never give your Account data away, that's dangerous and against ToS.

Either way if the code is redeemed on your Account, you'll still need to sign in to CoD on Xbox once for the coins to redeem and work.
You got the license for the Coins, but they aren't active until you sign into the game.

Booting up a free to play CoD like Warzone should be enough even. Iirc the coins are global and can be used in all modern CoD games.
