One day i put a custom dns for a game because i heard it gives lower ping. and the next day i tried logging in and it said connect to network. when i try connecting to my network it says “internet problem” cant get an ip address. Ive tried troubleshooting and a lot of solutions please help.

When i tried connecting to my phone hotspot it works , but when i try my spectrum wireless router it doesn’t work

Yes, but I suspect your router has labeled your xbox as some sort of special cookie and it isn't giving up on making it not so special 😄
