Been getting this error trying to launch Forza Horizon 5 after I re downloaded it as a digital game from my old Xbox One. (I originally had the disk version.) I know you don't need gamepass to play, I never had to. I tried almost every solution and I'm hoping maybe someone here can help.
I have tried searching for the problem in the Discord, and the few messages about it did not help me.
So far I've tried, Soft restarting, Restarting, Hard restarting, and Unplugging modum and router.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
Please list everything you have attempted.
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

Just a thought but, could this happen due to all the Microsoft server issues?
