Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

It seems Xbox is having trouble with some of the social features. Launching and playing games appears to be unaffected, but temporary issues may arise. Please be patient as Xbox works on fixing these issues. There's no crisis and there's nothing worth panicking over. In the meantime, feel free to watch a movie, listen to music, or hang out with friends.
