hello, my friend is trying to download "a way out" but it says "cant download" anyone know why?

my issue is that in xbox game pass, i cant download the game "a way out" but i cann other ea sport games, it says "cant download".
i tried disabling and re enabling ea extenntion only.
ye no one has.

Tell them to try fully uninstalling the EA app, restart the PC, then reinstall the EA app and try again.
