hello, my xbox won't update I've tried unpluging, hold turn off by the button etc and I am currently looking to reset my console to see if that fixes it but I don't want to lose all my data so I tried reset but keep all my games and apps but when I click on that it says the contents of my console will be erased due to not being able to connect but I can't connect without updating the xbox so I was wondering if I really had to lose everything or not (im not confident In my skills at taking it apart to risk it)
