I was connected to other tv and when I come at home , I connect Xbox to my tv and tv don’t see my Xbox . I want to change settings but I haven’t see image of my Xbox

Just I need a people who can tell me which buttons I should tap to change a setting , cuz I don’t see a image from Xbox
