So there I was a nice Monday evening. Today was the day I start purchasing all the games I want before the store closes down. I started off by buying the bionic commando since it was a part of the sale going on and then happen to put myself in a bit of a pickle. I have found myself waiting almost 5 hours for this game to download. I turned on background downloading so I can wait for it to purchase. I turned my Xbox 360 back on a few hours later because I still noticed it was in its downloading state and it was only on 45 percent. I then proceeded to check an hour later and then it happened. I couldn’t sign into Xbox live. Now this special little error code popped up which would be error code 8015190a and I was unable to sign into Xbox live on my 360 and series x. Now I have seen multiple videos stating cancel renew subscription and whatnot but I wanna hear out a real expert like an actual employee to help me. I’m on a time crunch right now and I don’t want to sound impatient. But this is a very huge inconvenience and now I can’t even tell if my game is downloading. So if any dev could please help me with this it would be greatly appreciated because this is definitely something that I don’t want to occur again

I’ve had that several times and turning on and off auto renewal for gamepass fixes it for a while. 360 isn’t really maintained much these days so just something we have to deal with.
