Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Don’t trust AI
i cant send the screenshot but my warranty ends in 2025
whenever i try to call back,, it always gives me an error
how do i even contact them then
I don’t think you’ll get help here
you need to contact official Microsoft support
that’s a client sided issue
"We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later."
ive been trying for like 2 months at this point
There’s no need to use the virtual agent. Just sign in, check status, and request warranty.
i just get a "Out of warranty - immediate repair" option when my controller is clearly under warranty
Did u buy it second hand?
nope
i just checked, if i select a US address, it lets me claim accidental damage, but it wont let me do that im my native country
tf
it still says out of warranty
accidental damage isnt covered on a warranty you need insurance for that.
but if you have the receipt prove o0f purachse you can contact support via chat or call back
And different countries have different warranties. That is pretty normal
i purchased the 2 year additional warranty
i do have that
then you need too contact the insurance company not Microsoft
my bad i mistook the extended warranty for insurance
For extended warranty, you have to check with the seller. Unless they sold you Microsoft Complete (Xbox extended warranty), which would show the status in the same warranty page.
For example, I have extended warranty with Best Buy. For me they cover regular wear and tear.
the warranty page does show the extended warranty, i bought it from microsoft directly
