i wanted to change my gamertag to "Surckre" but at end i got "Surckre#7031 and now it cost to change again 10 € so how i can change my gamertag to Surckre its was not my mistate

If it gave you numbers it’s because the version without numbers is already taken. It will have told you this before confirming payment. The only way to change it to something else is to pay (and you won’t be able to get “Surckre”)
