Hey, so my pc gamepass subscription is past due, however i just want to cancel it, do i need to pay the overdue month to cancel or just ignore this. what I dont want is getting another bill added next month

Yes, you must pay for things that you've used.
Past due amounts will not just 'go away' on their own.

that's isn't how Microsoft billing works you pay in advance not rears,
if the payment does not go though you lose access to the said service in this case gamepass.
