hello, I have been trying to play star wars the complete saga on my xbox one, however to save my progress I need to download an account on the xbox 360 hub, The issue is, when I try to enter my password it either says, that it needs to be between 6 and 16 characters (even though It is) OR that there is a problem with my credentials, I have tried disabling 2FA and enabling it while using app passcodes, however when I input my app passcode, It says my credentials are invalid, I have tried using multiple app passcodes however nothing seems to work, I have also cleared xbox 360 storage and other stuff. I would be very appreciative if anyone could tell me how to download an account.
