Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
the controller light blinking fast means its searching for devices to connect too. Make sure you have bluetooth enabled on your Xiaomi Redmi Note and then you should see the controller appear under bluetooth settings. You need to click on the controller and press connect.
also check you have a xbox controller that supports bluetooth.
The phone recognises the controller and when i press pair, nothing happens, the light just keep blinking and the controller is in the connected devices but it doesnt work. It supports bluetooth,i use it on my pc and my previous phone.
is your note up to date and have you tried restarting it other than that no idea.
I can try restarting it thats true, thank you
yep, if the controller connects with your pc on bluetooth then the issue is clearly with the phone and not your controller.
