Hello, I recently purchased an Xbox X.

I played on the xbox for 30 minutes, downloading a game. After I downloaded a game I went to go eat. I come back and the Xbox is turned off.

The Xbox turned off by itself. I turn it on, I hear the ring, the xbox logo lights up for 5 seonds, then looses light and turns off. Any fixes to it?

It's not a help forum.
But it might be your either your power supply or the wall outlet, try changing to another outlet see if any difference

Plug it directly to wall, no extension or anything

Ia it still under warranty? Try and replace it. It happens unfortunately, a faulty unit

Once had a PS5 that just crashed for no reason, took them 2 weeks to replace firmware, it still happened, then took them 2 weeks to give me a replacement
