#Headset volume not working?

Hey so i need a lil help✨️please
My headset is wireless and when it turns on the volume is fine BUT when im in a party despite my volume on the headset being MAX people's voices is REALLY low ...its a xbox headset its worked fine up until the xbox services went down a couple days ago?At the top of my party it says trouble hearing party or game chat? Try adjusting your audio but i cant adjust headset vokume or headset chat mixer only my mic monitoring
It was working fine 30 mins ago and now its messed up? I dont get it.

is it the xbox wireless headset?
There is a dial on each side one is volume and one is in game and chat mixer. make sure you have this set in the middle if you want to hear both
