My series X controller just stopped working out of no where then when I try plugging it into my Xbox or PC with USB-C it makes a light buzzing sounds and doesn't turn on. But when I opened it and unplug J2 it still didn't do anything, but when I had it plugged into the Xbox then very lightly pressed down on the main PCBA the Xbox logo started lighting up but I had to keep that light pressure for the logo to stay lit and still had that buzzing sound and no rumble nor control.

try to sync ur controller and xbox by pressing the small button on the xbox as well as the controller when u do so..both the lights start blinking fast and then just have a steady glow then ur ready to go..For PC do the same on the controller and then turn on the bluetooth on PC then it should get connected.
for the USB-C cable make sure it is data/power transfer cable and not only a power transfer one
Want me to plug J2 back in and give it a try?
try it
I'll give it a try and come back to you.
syncing didn't work
still doesn't turn on and makes the buzzing sound
oh that's strange..im not sure of any other methods
