Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
It is outside of hdmis even just the tv is like that now
Cant even change the settings without looking on it real close
This is starting to sound like a TV issue, if it affects other hdmis. Try contacting the support line for your TV maybe?
(could be a faulty/broken thing with the TV due to the TV being old, or just something not going through with quality inspection)
When did it fall
thats 8 years
Gotta use what we have
4 months before this?
usually tvs are suggested to be replaced every 7 years
Idk maybe
But i like the tv
I've had a TV that was about 6 years old and started bugging out, so it's practically the TV. There are some really cheap TVs on Amazon, or if anything you can get a monitor for 150 on Amazon as well
if u got a roku or something try watching something on that if thats dont work then its the tv
Ill probably send it to a repair shop
