I had gotten a pc and played on it for 2 months. In that time an xbox update came out. I plugged in my xbox (I only unplugged the hdmi cable) last week and have been unable to connect. It is unable to continue to connect for the internet. None of my devices have a problem except for my xbox. If I were to factory reset the device would I lose the games that I have bought or if I sign into the account would they stay?
