So my Xbox controller connects to my Xbox and then disconnects and begins flashing white and the connects again and does the same thing over and over

\i cant change my privacy settings bc my dad made my microsoft acount be under 18 but i am the only one who is in the "party" non of my family members are linked to me so i just need to change the settings so i can play multyplayer on minecraft i have tryd alot of tutorial but nothing worked if somone can let me screen share them or get on a call or something that would be helpful
