#Xbox controller issue

I’m playing GTA 5 and I use the controller and keyboard/mouse together. I noticed when I switch from the controller to Keyboard/mouse and switch back again to the controller, it works for 10 seconds and starts to reconnect to the PC. Anyone know what the solution is to this?
