Hello, I need some assistance that it says 12$ for 14 days and then it charges me 12$ per month, I think this is unfair and it should be 1$ for 2 weeks?? Here is a photo.

When I change it to U.S or anything else, it says 1$ for 2 weeks, But when I change it to UAE it says 12$ for two weeks and then it will charge me 12$ per month

The $1 offer is for new subscribers only to trial it. If you've had Game Pass before then you are charged full price because you've already trialled it in the past.
You should also not be changing region. That violates Terms of Service and is considered marketplace fraud.
Trials are also not offered in all regions. So if you've not used it before but you can only pay for a month, then trials may not be available in UAE

Unless you actually move to live in a different country, you do not change your account region.
People cheating the system is also one of the reasons why offers and things get removed in certain countries.
