#the hiperx headphones doesn't work properly

So i have got hiperx cloude 2 recently and I've bought it because it's features one is 7.1 surrounding sound, and it's require to connect a USB to activate this feature but for some reason the headphone seems not working, pls don't tell that only happened to me
