Hello! I have a bit of a problem on my Xbox One (1st gen model), I cannot install GTA V. To explain what happens, when I try to install the game the installation stops, then restarts and stops again while doing this infinite loop, and not showing any progress. If I try to launch the game, I get the following error code: 87e0000f. I have tried multiple things to try and repair this problem, from clearing the cache by doing a hard reboot, uninstalling the game, turning off the wifi and try to install it again after enabling it back, and even deleted all the saves using the "delete the local saved games" option in the storage menu of the settings. So if someone has anything that could help with my trouble, please help me! Thanks.

means it happens on both digital and cds too
To download
well that's strange
Yea
@charred slate is ur xbox one online and leting u play games
Howw mine isnt working for some reaeom
🤷♂️
I got 1s
but like does it stop and restart again for you?
cause the download doesn't even start for me
well cancel installation. remove disc. install via mobile xbox app. put disc in as a play disc
It stops
And i try to download it stops again
well you have to restart it manually right?
did u enable remote installation on ur console
So what should be the steps for this for the digital gta v version?
Well I can't install it on the app as the game isn't on my account
you dont need it on ur acct. use xbox mobile search for gta 5 then install it to your console
Do you have enough storage still? Gta increases storage requirements majorly since first launch since "dlc" is basically baked into base game.
yup, I have 400 gb free
I recommend looking up the code on the internet than, if it doesn't work contact xbox.
the code doesn't really mean anything, just saying that the game isn't installed
it's not direct to the problem I have
Hmm... Maybe the disk is faulty rip. Did you try installing the digital version and not putting in the disk?
Weird. I recommend contacting xbox support.
I'm gonna have to do that I guess...
Dm me when u find how to download it plz
Plz
Well for you if it stops it might be à scratched disc
Like does it stops when copying from the disc ?
Also don't say something here for a problem that isn't the exact same as mine
Maybe it is?
Idk maybe i can fix it like that
well could be but do what the other guy said
install it remotely from the app
without the disc in
and when it is installed put the disc in
Alr then
