Does anyone know why green dots keep appearing all over my screen when loading up on the Xbox One S? I can't even load in to a game without it being a problem. I barely started using the console again as it wasn't in use for three and a half years and it collected a bunch of dust, so maybe the dust could be causing the issue but I'm not completely sure.
