#Xbox one keeps on changing its own date and won’t connect to WiFi

My old Xbox one won’t connect to WiFi keeps on resetting itself almost every minute and won’t connect to WiFi. I am very frustrated and have been trying for 2 weeks now to fix this myself and nothing is working.
