so I have this Microsoft gift card that’s in my account but it’s in Mexican currency so when I changed my region to Mexico it doesn’t show up the card no matter what it won’t show up the card even when it shows on the Microsoft store the correct currency it doesn’t pop up as a valid payment

No one will help you violate the ToS here. Just take the L and get a new gift card for where you live
