I just got done with basic training so I haven't been active for about 8 weeks due to having no access to a phone or computer. I graduated a couple of days ago and attempted to sign in to my xbox/microsoft account. Everytime I to login via two step verification, I can't seem to verify my phone number and get met with "try another verification method". I only have 2 verification methods with access to the primary and secondary email linked to the profile. Any fix?

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

  1. Microsoft has blocked my account and the only way to use my account again is to recover it via password reset. I try to reset my password to regain access to my account but i';m unable to verify my security to that account because Im met with a "try another verification method" screen when I try to verify my phone number. PC & Xbox Issue
